I would love to have been a fly on a wall when The First Lady had the conversation with Ms. Rogers, having to fire her good judy, couldn't have been easy. After a little over a year – Desiree Rogers has announced that she will resign from her post as the White House Social Secretary next month. Rogers came under fire when the now infamous White House crashers the Salahi’s entered a White House state dinner party late last year that they were not invited too. In an interview with the Chicago Sun Times Desiree gave this statement:

“When I took on this assignment, we talked about the importance of creating the people’s house. My work was really to create this framework. I think I completed that work. Our office has been able to lay the foundation for what will be known as the ‘people’s house’ and it has already taken shape.”

Condelscense goes out to the Marie Osmond family and to the Andrew Koenig family. Both families are dealing with the aftermath of suicide. Having experience this same situation first hand, It's never easy to cope, and the feeling is devastating and you feel trapped, with lots of anger, but more overwhelmed by the loss, and on some level guilt sets in. I pray for both families strength!

I watched the NAACP Awards on Friday night, and I must admit this show has stepped up their game. A-List celebrities were out in full force. I was pleasantly surprised. If this is the direction that the new president of the NCAAP plans on taking this show, I'm FULLY on board. A very emotional Daryl 'Chill' Mitchell gave the nights most heartfelt acceptance speech, Mitchell had an accident some years back, which has left him paralyzed, another great acceptance speech was Gabourey Sidibe who strutted her stuff to the stage winning for Best Actress over Sandra Bullock whom was in the audience(I Love Her), Mo'Nique won for Best Supporting Actress, Mary J. Blige won Best Album honors, Maxwell won for Best Male, Whitney Houston won for Best Music Video. Music Legend Clarence Avant was honored with a Hall Of Fame Award. The only down side was director Lee Daniels making an ass out of himself during his acceptance speech for his Best Movie win for "Precious". This brutha clearly is battling some demons, now it all makes sense why he attaches himself to such dark vehicles to direct and produce.

Rapper Guru of Gangstarr fame suffered cardiac arrest is in a Coma and Doctors aren't sure if he will recover.

R&B singer Amerie got engaged over the weekend, which is a good thing, because he singing career is TANKING and fast!!

Actress Julianne Moore would be returning to the small screen this year reprising the role that got her her start in the industry. Julianne is in serious talks to return to As the World Turns before it makes it's last turn on daytime TV.

Brooke Mueller reportedly wants out of her marriage with Charlie Sheen after his court case for the domestic violence incident over Christmas is finished. Both of them are currently in rehab for drug and alcohol addiction. This couple is a COMPLETE train wreck. The world will be better off when we don't have to hear about their madness.

Word on the street is saying that Anderson Cooper is leaving CNN for a shot on CBS. Guess Katie Couric should be shaking in her boots, because her contract ends in 2011.

Jennifer Lopez hosted SNL this past weekend, and the show was whack, nothing exciting, one plus for J.Lo eventhough she didn't dance, her vocals on both songs were decent!

Penny Marshall is still denying rumors that she's battling cancer. I'm saying a prayer for LaVerne. It's never easy to deal, and especially hard to have to deal with public speculation. Whatever the situation is I'm rooting for you Penny!!
