Eyes Glued

Bobby 'Boozing Deadbeat Dad' Brown and Demonspawn Patricia Garland, you Both lose!!!

A New York federal judge rejected Bobby Brown’s efforts to stop a film about his late daughter Bobbi Kristina set to air on TV One Sunday at 7 p.m.

Judge Analisa Torres said Brown’s concerns that the “Bobbi Kristina” film defames him is “speculative” because he has neither seen the film nor read the script.

Bobbi Kristina’s estate also joined the case.

“We are pleased with the court’s ruling and look forward to sharing this poignant look at the life of Bobbi Kristina Brown,” TV One said in a statement.

Brown said he believes the movie casts him in a bad light, showing him to be an abusive father. But the judge noted that in Brown’s 2016 autobiography, he admitted hitting the late Whitney Houston once in the face.

In an interview today, former head of TV One Brad Siegel – who left in July but helped shepherd the film – said he believes the TV movie treats Brown fairly.

The $2 million defamation case against TV One will still move forward with a conference meeting set for November 13.

Oooooh Noooooooo

Uh Oh- On No Usher, he could've gotten if from anywhere.  Sleeping with Old grits, Living with Puffy.  Cray Cray times.   Some not so positive allegations about Usher’s personal life have gone viral. According to Radar Online, there are legal documents detailing how the singer had unprotected sex without disclosing he had an STD, allegedly. The site reports,

Court papers also showed the former coach on NBC’s hit The Voice — whose divorce from first wife Tameka Foster was finalized in 2009 — was “exposed to herpes” in 2009 or 2010. In a disgusting revelation, a “greenish discharge” once oozed from the performer’s penis, but otherwise he had no signs of the infection and was labeled an “asymptomatic carrier” by doctors. After initially admitting concern to his partner, Usher — who’s worth a cool $180 million — later convinced her that an STD examination result was negative, and they continued to engage in unprotected sex.

“Believing Raymond’s statements that it had been nothing and cleared up, [she] continued her relationship,” a lawyer for the victim wrote in a legal complaint for damages. Their romps went without a hitch until three weeks after a passionate hookup when the victim — whose identity is being withheld by Radar — woke up “feeling very sick” with a “fever of 100 degrees, chills, headache, and aches and pains.” She “also developed lesions and blisters in her vagina,” and was so terrified she sought treatment at urgent care, where a doctor promptly diagnosed her with herpes.

According to the document, the “Yeah!” singer — going by the pseudonym “Papa Bear” in messages — posted a check covering her medical bills totaling $2,754.40.

Usher — now married to Grace Miguel, former executive chef on The Cosby Show — is accused of “consciously and purposefully” withholding his herpes diagnosis from the woman “and continued to have unprotected sex.”

The legal complaint was filed at the Superior Court in Los Angeles. California law requires a person who knows or should know they are infected with genital herpes to avoid sexual contact with an uninfected person — or to warn potential partners before sexual contact occurs.

After being confronted by his partner for infecting her, Usher called her two days later with his doctor, who confirmed he carries the herpes virus.

Her test results confirmed a first-time infection and a file in the settlement reads: “In a series of telephone conversations and online chat sessions, Usher has apologized for infecting her and told her he would take care of things.”

In a declaration, the celebrity fashionista said she “feels that her health and body have been ruined,” and she “has suffered severe emotional distress and has been extremely depressed … knowing there is no cure.”

Reportedly, he eventually settled with his ex on Dec. 28, 2012, paying a total of $1.1 million.

Usher has yet to comment publicly.

Elle recognizes ...

Strength - *Former MSNBC host Melissa Harris-Perry has joined Elle.com, where she will serve as editor at large, reports TVNewser.

Elle.com editorial director Leah Chernikoff says Harris-Perry “will focus on the intersection of race, gender, politics, and yes, even fashion, telling the often-overlooked stories of women and of color.

“Joining Elle.com is an opportunity to combine my expertise as a scholar, my commitments as a public intellectual, and my interests as a woman,” Harris-Perry said in a statement. “Politics, economics, and inequality will be important to the stories we tell, but so too will culture, community, family, and even fashion. I am thrilled to tell my loyal television audience where they can find me and to introduce myself to brand new audiences, all while telling the stories of extraordinary women and girls.”

Harris-Perry left MSNBC after an internal memo became public in February. In the memo, Harris-Perry accused NBC News chairman Andy Lack and MSNBC president Phil Griffin of taking away her weekend morning discussion program. “I will not be used as a tool for their purposes,” she wrote. “I am not a token, mammy, or little brown bobble head.”

Harris-Perry’s first column, about HBO’s film “Confirmation,” was published Monday.

Hero's Inside Entertainment

The legendary Jackie Wilson, collapsed of a heart attack while performing on stage for Dick Clark’s ‘Good Ol’ Rock and Roll Revue’ at the Latin Casino in Cherry Hill, N.J on September 29, 1975. He quickly lapsed into a coma and was in a virtual vegetative state until his death on Jan. 21, 1984.

Wilson was singing his hit, “Lonely Teardrops,” when he suffered the massive heart attack. When he collapsed on stage, audience members initially thought it was part of the singer’s act.

Wilson briefly emerged from his coma in early 1976, and was even able to take a few steps. Unfortunately, he slipped back into a semi-comatose state and he ultimately died from complications due to pneumonia on Jan. 21, 1984, at 49.

Many have said that Wilson was broke allegedly because his manager, Nat Tarnopol, jacked millions of dollars from him.

Now here’s the thing that most people never knew happened with Dick Clark: During Wilson’s comatose state, Clark found out that Jackie was broke. So after receiving word of that, Clark REFUSED to sit by and watch Wilson’s health be compromised because of financial deficiencies, so he committed himself to paying Jackie’s medical bills all the way up to the very day that Jackie died, which was 8 years and 4 months after his heart attack. Incredible!

Who would’ve thought that this unlikely match up would have ended up happening? At that time, Dick Clark was just known as the dude on American Bandstand, but he was obviously a real stand up guy for doing what he did. There’s no telling what would have happened to Jackie Wilson soon after his heart attack, had Clark not have stepped up.

'Yeah Yeah' Tank it was a female

Okay what's nexxxxxt?  They say you learn something new everyday.  During an interview with The Breakfast Club, Tank went from talking about the music industry to talking about getting his backside serviced. When the topic of Amber Rose and her #fingersinthebootyassbitch comment came up, the R&B singer exclaimed, “No utensils in the salad! You gotta have your hands behind your back … it’s real bobbing for apples like.”

Tank went on to describe his encounter with the female suitor who introduced him to booty-eating. Watch the interview below. Curious minds, did Tank just come out the 'closet' and out himself??
