Naomi Harris is ready for her closeup. Do you know Naomie Harris, well start to and get familiar with her! The British beauty is gearing up for a huge role in the upcoming 007 thriller Spectre where she will reprise her roles as Eve Moneypenny. Naomie played Miss Moneypenny in the 2012 flick Skyfall.
Right before Spectre debut, Naomie graces the cover of ESSENCE magazine’s December 2015 issue and she’s simply stunning! Inside, She talks about working her way to Hollywood from being poverty stricken and living on welfare in North London’s Finsbury Park with her teenage mother. As a child, she enrolled in the Anna Schere Theater School and began booking TV roles by the tender age of nine.
"I always knew I was going to be an actress," says Naomie. But, it wasn’t always peaches and cream. She learned quickly what life is like as a struggling actress after going without booking a gig for nine months after graduating. She didn’t quit and eventually landed her breakout role in Danny Boyle's 28 Days Later.
Since then, she has starred in films such as Miami Vice, Street Kings and more. Now, she’s taking her talents to another 007 film.
