I'm Just Saying...

People are still talking about Chris Brown's amazing return to music in his emotional heartfelt tribute to the legendary Michael Jackson. Some say his tears were contrived, and to all of those who say that, I say 'get a life', I'd like to say something MUCH harsher but, I wont. In my opinion he is the only person who could do a righteous tribute to the King Of Pop. He made a horrific mistake and yes it was a big one, now lets move on. I'm in full throttle support of Team Breezy!

Tsk Tsk Tsk, Tyler Perry is still fuming about Aaron McGruder's Boondocks episode where basically he outed Perry, a few days ago the movie mogul fired his writing staff, feeling that someone in his camp leaked something to McGruder. Now he has hired a top notch Atlanta Law Firm to ensure that episode of the Boondocks is never shown again. Well it's too bad so sad for you Tyliesha, because I DVR'd that episode and it's some funny sh*t!!

Speaking of coverups, now it all makes sense I couldn't understand the union of producer Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys, but it's perfectly clear now. Beatz owes the IRS 2.2 million in back taxes, and what female r&b singer has enough money to get him out of trouble? ding ding ding..you guessed it Keys, now that's what he's getting out of it, and we all know what she's getting out of. LOL It's the perfect smokescreen!

Talk show host Larry King is calling it a wrap after more than 25 years on CNN, he's bowing out, I don't know if I would say gracefully, he's old a sin. I can't help be wonder if CNN is forcing him out because of his adultery divorce proceedings. Hmmm I'm Just Saying...

Can someone please tell me why does Debra Lee have to come on stage every year @ The BET Awards ceremony, it's like look you old crow, we know who you are, enough already, and most of the time the outfits that you rock are WHACK, this year was no exception. I'm Just Saying those five minutes that she's given, could be five minutes given to a veteran performer like Stephanie Mills, Regina Belle, Miki Howard, Jeffrey Osbourne, Teena Marie, Chante Moore, Rahsaan Patterson, Christina Aguilera...well you get what I'm saying. ENOUGH Debra Lee!

Today marks the 15th year death anniversary of the incredible singer Phyllis Hyman, time flies, but I will never forget my friend, and her incredible voice. Another thing that I loved about her was her sense of humor, she could make me laugh like no other. It's unfortunate that she struggled with depression, which led to her suicide. R.I.P. Phyllis I love you and the world will never forget the legacy that you left us with and that voice gifted to you by God!

I'm Just Saying...

Prince deserved to be honored @ The BET Awards, too bad he didn't sing. If I were the producers I would have brought the heat, my selections would go like this, Stephanie Mills singing "How Come You Don't Call Me Anymore", Me'Lisa Morgan singing "Do Me Baby", Chaka Khan singing "I Feel For You" followed by Sheila E' doing "Erotic City" , The Bangles singing "Manic Monday" followed by Sheena Easton doing "Sugar Walls" and ended with Usher doing "When Doves Cry".

Last year Jay Z, Beyonce and Rihanna told BET if they allowed Chris Brown to participate in a Michael Jackson tribute last year they would not attend nor perform @ the BET Awards, if you'll recall Beyonce performed 'Halo' appearing to look like an Angel(NOT) in all white, and mind you she mentioned NOTHING about the loss of Michael Jackson, as did Jay Z, BET made a horrific mistake last year, but got it correct this year, but guess who was pouting about it..
Jay Z, Rihanna and Beyonce were all INVITED to perform at the BET Awards. And when they all learned that Chris Brown would be performing, they all said NO.
Crazy for them when you think that "Rihanna and Jay have tours coming up that they are having trouble selling - of course they needed the exposure." But the they felt "It was a matter of principal, if BET was willing to support Chris after what he did - that was THEIR BUSINESS. But [Rihanna Jay and Bey] were not going to have ANYTHING to do with the show." Well cry babies the show was better than last year, without your performances and Breezy KILLED it!!! And BOOOOOO to you all three artists to think that you can decide who's allowed to perform, smh justbring your A game and let everyone be responsible for themselves!

Momma O' tops the Forbes entertainment list raking in over 315 million dollars for her Harpo productions in one year, take that whack Judge Judy where was your name on the list...uh it WASN'T XXXxxactly my point.

It's OFFICIAL Oscar winner Sandra Bullock'a divorce is FINAL from her greaser husband Jesse James. Let the church say AMEN!!!

Singer Lauryn Hill is gearing up for her return to music, and explained why she left music, she explains why...
"There were a number of different reasons. But partly, the support system that I needed was not necessarily in place. There were things about myself, personal-growth things, that I had to go through in order to feel like it was worth it. In fact, as musicians and artists, it's important we have an environment — and I guess when I say environment, I really mean the [music] industry, that really nurtures these gifts. Oftentimes, the machine can overlook the need to take care of the people who produce the sounds that have a lot to do with the health and well-being of society, or at least some aspect of society. And it's important that people be given the time that they need to go through, to grow, so that the consciousness level of the general public is properly affected. Oftentimes, I think people are forced to make decisions prematurely. And then that sound radiates."

Sean Combs is over 40 why in the hell was he rocking grillz in his mouth and sweating like a pig during his BET performance and drinking like a crazed fish @ the After Party. C'mon Ole G' get it together pa.

Talk jock big mouth Howard Stern is @ it again, this time he's bitching about Will and Jada Pinkett Smith appearance on Momma O's show...Howard Stern: It’s annoying to hear Oprah kissing Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith’s a$$ and those little kids a$$… He jumps in between ebonics, “He do what she say.” I guess he wants to be relatable to the rap community like Snoop Dogg and so… "Howard do you want to me meet outside? C'mon I'm Just Saying...you need to sit your azz down!

Gold digger singer Kelis was asked what was her biggest disappointment in life was, and her reply was marrying rapper Nas, I'm sure her ex feels the same, I know for sure his pockets would recommend that he make better choices the next time he wants to take a bimbo to the altar.

Congrats goes out to Megan Fox on her nuptials. She married longtime boyfriend actor Brian Austin Green last week.

How to kill your career, well here's all you have to do is go on Momma O's show and jump around on her sofa like a monkey and kill your career....that's exactly what happened to Tom Cruise his movie Knight & Day took in a mere 26 million dolllars over a five day opening.

I'm Just Saying...

The rise of Chris Brown and the fall of Rihanna. Brown made his rightful emotionally charged tribute to Michael Jackson, as only he could. This performance had a lot riding on it for Brown and he truly delivered. I think he's learned him lesson and I'm so happy that BET did the right thing and let him honor Michael as only he could. Rihanna was caught smoking weed and trashing her hotel room in Barbados. Maybe she got word that Breezy was about to get it poppin.

BET really did a great job this year....I was so pissed at them last year for their trifling job of a show especially when they said it was in honor of MJ. This time they got it right Queen Latifah was engaging AND comical, the Prince tribute was deserving, El DeBarge was in excellent voice, Usher, Alicia Keys, Ludacris, Drake, Kanye West, T.I.,Eminem And Monica with Deniece Williams was all exceptional. Couple side notes Kirk Franklin PUT the microphone down, do not EVER try to sing again, and Trey Songz I STILL do not get the hype of him nor Nicki Minaj, but anyhoo Congrats to Stephen Hill and Debra Lee, redemption is a beautiful thing.

Mel Gibson and his baby money are going at it, both of them claiming that they other beat them. When white trash crash, the really crash and burn. Who cares about Mel and his jump off. He's no longer relevant. So let's Keep it Moving...I'm Just Saying..

Madea gurdle just snapped....Some incredible DRAMA is breaking out. It all started last SUNDAY when Aaron McGruder's popular animated series THE BOOKDOCKS did a sketch lampooning Tyler Perry.
The shpw painted Tyler as a GAY MAN who lives a very OVER THE TOP lifestyle - where he brazenly sexually harasses male actors.
Well ... word is that after Tyler saw the show, he FIRED his entire staff. It's because he felt that someone gave up some of his INSIDE SECRETS!!! C'mon Tyler WHAT secret, you put on a dress, you wear wigs, and you enjoy it....it's NOT rocket science bruh, we KNOW your get down. Congrats to Aaron that show was funny as hell.

NY Post has reported that singer Beyonce hasn'tt spoken to her father IN MONTHS . . . ever since he got his JUMPOFF PREGNANT!!! Here's what they're saying:
Beyonce Knowles is still refusing to speak to her dad and manager, Matthew Knowles, after he fathered a love child with a woman 20 years his junior -- and suits at her record label fear the rift could damage her career.
But one music industry insider said, "Beyonce was horrified to find out her dad cheated on her mom. She always looked up to him, and she is very close to her mom, so this has hit her really hard. She is refusing to speak to him, which is making things difficult where it comes to managing her career. Some people at Columbia now think it would be better to move him aside. Hmm I for one could use a break for Bey' she is too heavily saturated EVERY damn where, go away girl, so I can miss you, then come back. I'm Just Saying...

Shaq has a new girlfriend now that he's single and she's MUCH prettier than gold digger Shaunie.

Has been wtf Busta Rhymes and a female associate The crowd, which included Flo Rida, Drake, Ne-Yo, members of Young Money, Busta Rhymes, Vanessa and Angela Simmons, Brandy, Ray J, producers Cool & Dre, Hitboy of Surf Club, Pricetag of Audio Push, “Toot It And Boot It” rapper YG and Rodney Jerkins, danced to a mixture of Michael Jackson classics and new and old hits from Kanye West, Notorious B.I.G and Drake spun by DJ M.O.S. By 10:30 the event was nearly at capacity with partygoers filling up all three of the restaurants rooms. But shortly after midnight the festivities turned sour when shouts broke out, glass started flying and attendees quickly made for both the front and back exits.
“One of Busta’s girls was trippin’ I guess because he was with another girl,” “She started yellin’ at him and he was yellin’ back and she threw a drink at him. Then she fell.” Goes to show you that you can't take some blacks ANYWHERE!!

Dwyane Wade’s drama-filled eight-year marriage to high school sweetheart Siohvaughn Wade has finally and officially ended.
However, custody proceedings involving their two young boys have yet to be settled

Never Ever Be Another - R.I.P. King Of Pop

R.I.P. Michael Joseph Jackson, thanks for the music and for touching my life with your genius. Its hard to believe that it's been a year since your passing, sometimes it seems like a horrific dream. I like to think that you're at peace, you gave so much of yourself, and I often wonder after you released 'Thriller' was it worth it to you anymore. When I look back on all the footage that I have of you, you seemed so happy and carefree when you were with your brothers as a group and I remember how close you were to Janet and LaToya. I guess we can call those the innocent years, no corruption. This entertainment industry builds you up to take you down, I loved that you always won, so that's the victory for you, our gain, is that we got to witness your brilliance and I think the 'loss' is for everyone because you're not longer here. I will never forget Michael Jackson, he touched my life and gave me a sense of purpose on my darkest days, chasing the dream in this industry is a beast, so I applaud him for making it look effortlessly. 'Always There' is your music for me, and I "Never Can Say Goodbye" and thankfully as long as your music plays on and live, I won't have to.

Never Can Say Goodbye

A Masterpiece - Never Ever Be Another!!

Media - The Racial Wars....Reviisted

Hello everyone, I wrote his article last year, and it still holds true, so I'm reposting it for the one's who missed it....and others who may want to revisit.
Media - The Racial Wars....

I am appalled at the way the media has governed themselves during the passing of Legendary Pop Icon Michael Jackson, more and more I'm reminded of what a racist society we live in. ABC,NBC,CBS,CNN,FOX,PEOPLE,TMZ,Bill O'Reilly,Perez(Miserable Homo)Hilton,E,People,Us,Barbara Walters,Martin Bashir(All could easily be members of a modern day KKK) and countless others let us not forget that we're talking about a person here, an 'innocent' media icon that transformed racial and language barriers, he is someone’s child, a father, and a brother.

The world is still in mourning that the largest popular entertainer in the world has passed on. If that wasn't sad enough, it clearly became apparent that this man as a person didn't seem to matter, what was apparent and crystal clear, is that they were out to rip his skin to pieces, and left no stone unturned. I don't know what led to his death. I'm heartbroken that it happened. All the joy that he brought to so many lives, its unfortunate he wasn't able to get the love and care in return.

When 'Thriller' was released in 1982 and his 'celebrity' went into another stratosphere, everyone wanted to know Michael Jackson, and everyone wanted to lay some type of claim to him, the media couldn't get enough of him. Was it because they wanted to feel that was a part of a genius being? He seemed to have an endless supply of friends and industry clout, all deserving, because this was history in the making. Finally someone who put in the time, work and dedication was opening doors originally nailed shut. The old boy network, couldn't deny that America was witnessing something and someone out of this world. Accolades came from all over the world, for the hard work, craftsmanship, and dedication he was rewarded with the largest selling album in the world, and the icing on the cake was winning 8 Grammys Awards including 'Album of the Year'.

With all the joy, I guess the media started to resent his success, or was it too much success for a black man, who changed the rules of the game. Could a black man really be larger than a Caucasian entertainer? Hmm, was it too much exposure, did it become too hard to believe or better yet, too much to accept, all of sudden the media turned on Michael Jackson, one day I turned on the telly, and the caption read 'Michael Jackson accused of child molestation' the world of celebrity and journalism wanted to distance themselves from him with judgment. I NEVER believed that Michael Jackson was a pedophile, the man, who kids, teens and adults adored, was left with a bad rap, though never ever proven guilty, seems that white America had made up their minds, none of his high powered friends were there, why? Some African Americans such as Quincy Jones, Oprah Winfrey and Katt Williams seem to jump on the band wagon too.

You can NEVER deny that the King of Pop broke records and knocked down barriers. He's given to more charitable organizations than ANY other artist in history period! He taught entertainer's how to be philanthropists. I still can't understand how or why the media wanted his blood. Here's an entertainer who never got to enjoy his childhood, one who gave so freely of himself to make a better way for other's to follow. He accepted all the ridicule, all the rhetoric and ill will, and he did it with class and dignity, still loving, still creating, still forgiving and still encouraged to do more, and if possible, he was inspired to be more.

On June 25Th Michael Joseph Jackson passed away, instead of mourning the loss of the largest Pop Icon in American history. Never mind that his parents lossed their child, his siblings lost their brother, and his three kids lost their father. All that matters to the media were to sensationalized what 'they' felt led up to his death. 24 hours coverage for almost two weeks, speculation ran rampant. Why is it always a double standard for African Americans? White America can say and do whatever the hell they please and it's allowed. The school of journalism that I went to was not about tabloid and smut. Who is the benefactor of ratings success? Everyone wants to make money off of Michael Jackson's life and legacy, and it appears that it's done by any means necessary.

The truth of the matter is regardless of what popular opinion is, FACTS speaks, and the FACTS say that America and globally is in mourning, because the greatest entertainer of the world has passed away. FACT remains, he's a father who leaves three children behind to mourn his loss, and he leaves a Mother and Father, and siblings to mourn his loss and legions of fans who 'didn't stop', because we couldn't get enough.
FACT Michael Jackson legacy of music will live on forever in the hearts of his family, true friends and fans, and NO media smut can ever tarnish that image EVER!!

May his soul get the peace now, in the after life that he so richly deserves and was denied during his time here on earth.

Healing/TGIF

It's Friday, and what a lovely Friday it is.

As we progress on the journey to the betterment of our self, the goal is always to seek absolute truth, no matter how painful the reality is, the truth is a must in achieving the wisdom that life requires from all of us. Pushing and demanding is owed to you, even running in place requires movement, with no stride a loss and disappointment transpires. You fall down, you get up, and when your back is against the wall, where does your strength come from? It's called inner strength which is tools that you never knew existed because you weren't forced to produce the materials needed.

Pain and suffering are all a part of life, a wound will heal, a heart that is broken, in time will mend, as the healing process begins, you'll notice the layer and texture is a little different, that's because the outcome of pain brings about wisdom and when you've become wiser it's about the lesson and education that again you were force to reconcile with that helps you to proceed ahead. Through all of the challenges the pathway is never smooth nor easy, bumps and bruises are happenstance in turning a different corner.

Healing is about your desire to press forth to be in the moment, to question and scream to move forward. The downtrodden folk in life will have your blessings blocked every time, the keen eyes knows how to recognize that such person or persons in your path. For some reason charlatanism creeps into friendships or business associates when they shouldn't be put in place. You armor will depend on you and your tactics for combat, the knowingness is your sixth sense giving you a blessing for the most high.

Your faith will be tested, rising desires will always appear, and it’s where your perseverance thrusts forth. The more you start to understand your place in life and what you're set here to do, it becomes easier to let the healing process begin, the sacrifice, the surrender, the atonement process comes as we learn to forgive and release grudges, amazingly this will be your greatest challenge, for the simple reason some are not ready to heal, and some are not ready to forgive.

What Are You Doing With Your Life?

Command Performance

The footage speaks for itself. Michael Jackson @ the top of his game ..... truly a 'Dancing Machine'. Nsync and the rest of the Jackson family knew that they were watching the master.

I'm Just Saying...

Michael Jackson's appeal brought out the child in all of is. I saw This Is It some months back, and I was thorougly captivated by the movie and the man, he was fully in control of his life and his vision. What warmed my heart most, as I sat in the movie theatre I saw a little 4 year old white boy singing EVERY song of the genius, and that was all the beauty that I needed to see, and at that very moment, I realized that his work was truly done on this earth, but more importantly than anything else, I knew that his memory would never fade.

I must say that I love our President Obama, against all the odds and negative treatment he has received, his integrity is fully in tack, and I admire his take charge actions ..... It’s a wrap for your boy Stanley McChrystal:
A day after his disparaging comments about America’s civilian leadership surfaced and dramatically struck a nerve in the White House, the top commander in Afghanistan has been relieved of his post. President Barack Obama accepted the resignation of Gen. Stanley McChrystal “with considerable regret” and nominated Gen. David Petraeus, the head of the U.S. Central Command. The moves come in the wake of the revelation that Rolling Stone magazine would publish politically explosive remarks made by the general and his aides about key administration officials.
“It is the right thing for our mission in Afghanistan, for our military and for our country,” Obama said outside the White House, flanked by top civilian and military leaders, including Vice President Joe Biden; Adm. Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff; Defense Secretary Robert Gates; and Petraeus.
Obama said McChrystal’s remarks in Rolling Stone undermined the civilian control of the military “at the core of our democratic system.” He said the decision wasn’t based on disagreement in strategy or personal issues. “I believe that it is the right decision for our national security. The conduct represented in the recently published article does not meet the standard that should be set by a commanding general.”

Singer Monica her ex Rocco was caught cheating on her a few weeks before her CD was released, which had to be a heartbreaker. I'm glad that it hasn't soured Monica on love...she's been seen lately with NBA Baller Shannon Brown from the Los Angeles Lakers. Shannon and Monica met when she was out in LA a few months ago and kept in touch. I'm happy for Mo, she deserves GOOD love!

Things are looking ALL bad for former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick is being indicted for his shady past:
A 19-count federal indictment accuses former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick of carrying out a scheme, hatched 11 years ago, to use his non-profit Kilpatrick Civic Fund to pay for personal and campaign expenses in violation of the law. If convicted of the charges, he faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of $250,000.

Innocent angel (NOT) Rihanna is up to her usual antics... the R&B singer and Baseballer Matt Kemp are still a couple . . . but Rihanna might be creeping!!!
Here's what we know. Rihanna was in Barbados over the weekend to meet up with her family. Rihanna also met up with her EX-BOYFRIEND Randall.
And they didn't just meet up. According to another Bajan MediaTakeOut.com reader, the two were photo'd all over the island together. They even had a ROMANTIC DINNER for two - after which the two of them LEFT TOGETHER!!!

Here's the age ole story of how another white person saves the day, in this case it's music related rapper Marshall 'Eminem' Mathers. Eminem’s aptly named Recovery will score the year’s highest sales debut. Look for a total of between 590-615k for the Shady/Aftermath/Interscope album, easily beating Sade’s 503k back in February. It could also beat his last album, Relapse, which sold 608k in its first week in May ’09. So I guess I'm to believe that he saved Hip Hop or is the baddest rapper in the game....OH HELL NO!! NOT EVER!!

SMH ..... The National Enquirer - and they're saying that former Presidential candidate Al Gore SEXUALLY ASSAULTED a 54 year old woman.
Here's an excerpt of the report:
Al Gore has been accused of a shocking sex attack on a masseuse in Portland, OR - and is named in an OFFICIAL police report about the alleged assault (see below).
And just in case you DON'T BELIEVE HER . . . the woman has EVIDENCE
:
She's kept the pants she wore during the alleged encounter with Gore. They are stored in a safe deposit box and . . . contain DNA from Gore

I'm a tennis player so believe when I see this doesn't HAPPEN on the regular and was INCREDIBLE to witness, American tennis player John Isner and France's Nicolas Mahut played a total of 11-plus hours over a span of three days and the record breaking match finally has a winner - John Isner!
Just hours before heading back out on court Thursday, Isner Tweeted that he "feels like a million bucks!!!" But this was only the first-round match at Wimbledon, so get ready there's more to come! Will Isner continue to break records during round two??

Black Eyed Peas leader WILL.I.AM was seen out with his boo, who KNEW!!!! Well I did, it's amazing what money will do for you.

Billboard magazine salutes Michael Jackson gracing him as their cover story. It's a really well written article honoring the King Of Pop, as you can never deny his place in music. The King Of Pop saved the music industry yet AGAIN, since his passing last year he had sold ANOTHER 9 million copies of his music, that's stamina and honor.

To commemorate the music and life of the pop icon, Christina Aguilera, Smokey Robinson, LL Cool J, Marc Anthony and others will perform a tribute in his honor.
The group will assemble during a special one-hour segment on CBS' The Early Show called The King of Pop: One Year Later.

Can you believe that Momma O'(Oprah Winfrey) doesn't have a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame? Well I was shocked, but all of that madness will end within the next few months as Momma O' is slated to have her get her STAR!!

Rapper Drake's CD lives up to it's hype, the rapper will debut @ #1 in next weeks Billboard magazine selling over 462,000 copies making it the third biggest debut of the year, congrats Drake and Sylvia Rhone.

Sources are confirming that Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough are enjoying each other's company quite a bit these days, and it could be getting serious! Puleeze, what are they doing trying on dresses? Ryan is HOMO, let's it moving people.

I'm Just Saying...

This week leads up to the passing of Michael Jackson, and I can't tell you how sad I still am about his passing. He gave so much to the world, and I'm not quite sure he was ever repaid. His music was pure genius and I'll always celebrate his legacy, as this week's "I'm Just Saying" column is dedicated to his legacy and memory. Rest Easy Michael.

On the anniversary of Michael Jackson's death, the Mausoleum he is buried in will be open to the public for the first time ever.
The Holly Terrace at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale is the burial spot for other celebrities, including Clark Gable, and is generally only open to family members, but some of the Jacksons have been working with the cemetery, hoping to coordinate a memorial.
A source claims:
"There will be a stage set up and the cemetery will be open from dawn to dusk — seven to seven. The Jacksons may make an appearance and there may be a ceremony, although this may be more fan generated. We know someone had talked about releasing balloons, rather than anything official. But the big news for fans is that Holly Terrace will be open for them to pay their respects to Michael."

Can you believe that Michael Jackson's estate has made over 783 million dollars since his death? Mind you it's been less than one year, and it makes me think maybe something was deeper behind his passing. Damn...wth, I would really like to know what truly happened to the King Of Pop, it's starting to sound more and more orchestrated.

This makes not damn sense .... singer Sean Levert died in a Cleveland prison. Guards initially tried to say that he died of EXHAUSTION, but a coroner (and video evidence) showed that he actually die of WITHDRAWAL, from an addiction to the prescription drug Xanex. Since his passing, Sean’s wife had been trying to negotiate a PROPER SETTLEMENT from the City Of Cleveland so that Sean’s children could be taken care of. At first, the City was playing HARDBALL ... long story short his widow was awarded 4 million dollars in a wrongful death determination, and though it doesn't bring her husband back, getting justice should give her some satisfaction.

The World Cup appears to be a HIT the ratings for the 2010 FIFA World Cup are at a 16-year high.
ESPN and ABC had an average of 3.35 million viewers for the first 14 matches of the tournament - a 64 percent increase from 2006!
And Spanish-language station Univision hasn't being doing bad either! The England/USA match brought in 4.11 million viewers on Saturday!

Actor Jake Gyllenhaal and Maroon 5 front man Adam Levine have become awfully chummy lately. Can you say Broke Back Mountain revisited boys and girls? Hmmm I'm JUST Saying..

Does anyone out there care to see two old geezers duking it out in the ring? Well if Evander Holyfield and Mike 'Crazy' Tyson have their say, it will happen. Back in the day Tyson bit Holyfield in the ear, maybe he's 'hungry' again...LOL I'm Just Saying...

I'm Just Saying...

Almost one year since the King Of Pop's passing, his mother Katherine Jackson has become more vocal, she's writing a tell-all book, also she says that her grandchildren are having a hard time coping with their father's passing.

Hey Tennis fans Wimbledon starts today YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY Go Venus! Go Serena! Go Any Roddick!

Toy Story 3 cleaned up @ the Box Office this weekend, raking in over 109 million dollars.

Singers Monica, Ciara and Rapper Trina attended the ATL concert festival this weekend, and all three ladies were looking absolutely beautiful. I love it when I see peers hanging out and not being shady with each other.

Kanye West ex-toy Amber Rose claims the rapper saved her life, well I guess so, he paid her over 7 figures to keep her mouth closed about their relationship, that kinda money would help save any one's life.......c'mon man she was a low budget stripper, probably never made over 30grand a year.

The Boondocks dedicated an entire episode to outing Tyler Perry calling him a homosexual, let's see if they Church will still say AMEN!!!

Singer Kelly Rowland seems to be growing some balls, reently she was asked about Mattie Knowles addressing rumors of a Destiny's Child reunion, well Mattie says it's NOT going to happen, and Kelly said that Mattie is NOT a member of Destiny's Child so he has NO say, if and when Destiny's Child reunite it will be decided by the members OF Destiny's Child. I love it......kicked ole boy right in the nutts!! About time Kelly starts having a backbone. I'm Just Saying....normally she's so meek.

Actor Chris Klein checked himself into rehab. Good luck, it's a juggle and I admire anyone who can admit to having issues.

New York mayor cock blocked rapper Jay Z's surprise performance.by refusing to city permits for him to perform. Rapper Drake has a performance a couple weeks ago it was sheer chaos, people EVERYWHERE, so I'm sure that had something to do with the city officials decision. So guess no Empire State of Mind for Jay.......that's too bad, that song is a BANGER!!

Holdings/TGIF

Happy Friday Everyone,
Society preaches accomplishments gifts, gadgetry and pop culture phenomena, while it's all very comforting, it accommodates the quick fix, for the temporary moment that has us fixated, the high isn't derivative of the low. I've come to realize that nothing is yours for keeps, basically things acquired are given to us on loan, have you ever heard the saying 'you can't take it with you'? For the person who files bankruptcy that end begins renewed opportunity that was otherwise lost, next time maybe the same mistake will be avoided.

If you live long enough hopefully you have impacted someone along the way, in doing so your wishes will be carried out, unfortunately some people get greedy by taking matters into their own hands, some relatives sit idle while it's happening, and say nothing, which doesn't make it right, but it's the people who change their personality to appeal to the subject matter at hand, by being who you need them to be at that given moment in time. A facade will fool you every time.

Pay attention to warning signs and take heed, reexamination brings about awareness that the naked eye fails to see. I preach time and time again about your gut instinct trust me it works, its God’s way of giving you a sixth sense. Letting go is not always about surrender, it about charting another course with new directions. Failure is not an option, and he who believes in the law of nature understands the desire is not always the need.

Clutter and distractions, are gray clouds added to a lost forecast. Struggle is ever constant, everyone has to really get creative, and make things work, because we don’t have much choice. That $10 dollar bill that once was taken for granted, we’re holding on to it so much tighter, and how humbling is it to know when you have to make it stretch, you can, and Value is the word that we no longer honor, because we got lost trying to live up to a false reality of what truly matters.

Happy 30th birthday to my girl Venus Williams, she and sister Serena have been holding it down for the Tennis world as they are ranked #1 and #2 in this country. This 7time Grand Champion born Venus Ebony Star Williams single handedly changed the game of tennis.

Rapper Drake is on par to sell over a half million records with his "Thank Me Later" debut CD, a shue in for the coveted #1 spot in Billboard magazine.

Head honcho's over at Def Jam are saying that Rihanna wants to soften up her image on her next release, so they want to release a CD that will challenge the King of Pop's masterpiece "Thriller", and ALL I have to say to that is put the ROCKS down!

Tonight is the NBA final championships and I say CELTICS got this on lock, but LA residents excluding myself see things differently. I'm bringing Susan Boyle with me tonight so you know that that means:) I'm Just saying..

Either this could be really monsterous or completely crap...Jay-Z and Dr. Dre hit the studio to mix and master a new collaboration called “Under Pressure”. OMG where is Suge Knight LOL

Cher fret not you're NOT alone...Warren Beatty and Annette Bening are devastated that their 18 year old daughter, Kathlyn, is attending college as a young man, calling herself Stephen, and planning to get gender-reassignment surgery! Though didn't shock me, what did was when I realized that Warren Beatty has been married to Annette for 18 years, he use to be such a womanizer.

After more than eight years as a couple, Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart are marrried. So they dated for 8 years, now marriage, my theory if it ain't broke, but that's just MY feelings.

"Cherokee" is one of my all time favorite songs, I was introduced to it by my mother, who loved jazz singer Dakota Staton's version of the classic, this time around I decended to like a brilliant musician interpet the lyrics in the way that only he could. Enjoy Wynton Marsalis rendition of 'Cherokee' he was truly all in it!!!

Ok Ok Ok......yes the Lakers put a spanking on us(The Celtics) last night. So all I can say is that both teams better bring their A game and may the baddest team win.

Remember when Al Gore's wifey Tipper suggested that he put some distance between himself and former President Clinton when the Monica Lewinsky affair became public, well how ironic of all people Mr. "Goodie" Gore has a jumpoff of his own, and all the tabliods dirties will report on it next week. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black, let's see how crazy Tipper addresses the mattter.

Singer Maxwell has been throwing temper tantrums on his tour with Jill Scott and Erykah Badu, ole boy apparently couldn't handle the heat of two in your face momma's who confronted him to man up and stop acting like a little spoiled baby. Maxwell didn't like the confrontation and cancelled the tour, so for you folks that are still waiting for this tour to come to your town, NOTHING doing folks.

I watched the Real Housewives of New York, talk about a complete waste of time, put a camera in the face of some trash that wannabe famous and you're in for a cheap cat fight. I don't get the hype a bunch of drunks, silicon airheads on a mission to get to a plastic surgeons office...I'm Just Saying..

Gabrielle Union to star in a Army Wives spinoff, poor girl can't seem to latch herself on to a hit television show, lucky for her she's good at stealing other people's husbands, she and basketball star Dewayne Wade have been hot and heavy for the last few months.

What a dumbass actor Chris Klein was arrested early this morning on the 101 Freeway in LA after failing a sobriety test, and now we know just how wasted he actually was!Reports are claiming that he blew OVER a .20 on the breathalyzer , which is ALMOST THREE TIMES .08 - the legal limit in California!

American Idol winner Fantasia Barrino drops her new CD entitled "Back To Me" in July, her first single is called "Bittersweet", and Tasia is kicking it old school r&b. For any of those who watched her reality show, you all know that she has a lot riding on this release. Poor thing is carrying her entire family except for brother Ricco. I'd say kick them jokers OUT!! At any rate her's a picture of her new CD cover and it's a classy moment.

Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin has shedded over 50 pounds, and I'm personally happy about it, because for a while there I was started to fear the worse. Congrats Queen, keep it going. Getting healthy is about living a longer life.

Rihanna and her "Last Girl On Earth" tour is not selling very well, first Nicki Minaj leaves the tour before it began, now they have added Travis McCoy to help boast tickets sales, it's seems doomed Ke$ha, Rihanna and Travis McCoy on the same ticket....hmmm could I work? Only time will tell.

Katy Perry and Snoop Dogg have the #1 song in the country with 'California Gurls', that's my joint and Katy has some lungs on her. It's like the summer anthem very campy and fun, and the beat it sick!!

I watched Christina Aguilera on VHI's Storyteller series, he new "Bionic" CD isn't selling that well, this is her first release of new material to sell less than 200.000 copies in its first week of release. Will this project bomb?

Rapper Drake finally drops his CD today FINALLY, I'm hoping it lives up to the hype. He signed a 2 million dollar contract before ever releasing any product in the market place, which is almost unheard of these days. Time will tell, good luck bruh. I got my copy last week, in my opinion its a certified BANGER!!

Let's GO CELTICS!! Let's GET THAT *SS tonight:) I'm hearing that President Obama will be sitting in the stands tonight, so anything is possible, and when I say that ..... even the Laker's might pull a rabbit out of Kobe's ---!!

Hip Hop dancer Anthony Burrell was robbed last week when So You Think You Can Dance eliminated him, clearly one of the better dancers, the talented dancer out performed his competition with a pulled hamstring. Just another slap in the face when flash and gimmick wins out over talent. Burrell is classically trained in ballet at the Alvin Ailey school of dance, he was lead dancer for Destiny's Child and Beyonce', and has been seen in numerous videos as well as having the lead in several Rihanna videos. I'm sure this will not be the last that we've seen of this talented dancer, shame on the SYTYCD folks.

Who knew....Karate Kid starring Jaden Smith, kicked ass at the Box Office this past weekend raking in over 56 million dollars making it the #1 movie and leaving the A-Team in the dust. Both were remakes, one had legs and the other one didnt. Congrats little Jaden, you have a future in Hollywood, like father like son.

Kanye West made a surprise appearance at Jay Z's concert appearing on stage at the Isle Of Wight Festival! Welcome Back Mr. West...it's time to get down to business, just rap and keep your opinions to yourself. Later this month you can also see him performing LIVE @ The BET Awards Show.

Go CELTICS......just one more game and you're there...CHAMPIONS again!! Let's go GET EM!!

Hot in the drawlz... Kate Hudson is back at it again, this time with ANOTHER rocker Muse front man Matt Bellamy were spotted together in New York last week after reportedly dating for over a month. Lets see how long this one lasts. SMH ... I'm Just Saying..

The BET network is celebrating 30 years of being in business, but I can't help feel that it has set us back as a people more than it has taken us forward. If you compare BET to MTV, there is no comparison, MTV has grown by leaps and bonds. Shows like Tiny and Tonya, or Frankie and Effi will continue to keep ups down. I don't get it....Stephen Hill and Debra Lee...WAKE UP!! I'm still not over the horrific tribute to Michael Jackson last year...WHACK! I do believe in redemption so it's my hope that BET airing new episode's of 'The Game' sitcom is a step in the right direction.

Joe Jackson blames his son death on of all people Katherine Jackson, yes his wifey, the one who has stuck by this poor excuse of a dad side for over 50 years. Joe claimed that he asked Katherine to go and check on the King Of Pop, because he was looking frail, Katherine refused, not wanting to invade her son's privacy. When he died Joe told Katherine 'see I told you that you should have checked on him' well Joseph you being his father, why didn't YOU check up on him, guess you were too busy in Vegas chasing the little show girls, what a joke and just a down right dirty old man.

Congratulations to Denzel Washington and Viola Davis for winning the Best Lead Actor and Actress at the Tony Awards for their role on Broadway in August Wilson's 'Fences'. The critics tried to rip their performances apart, it's nice when you get to have this last laugh on this level...so that's IN your face critics. LOL

Jennifer Garner has a new role in the remake of 'Arthur' she'll play the wealthy heiress engaged to Arthur, played by Russell Brand. The cast also includes Helen Mirren as Arthur's nanny and Nick Nolte, who will play the father of Garner. Hollywood seems to be running out of creative ideas.

Singer Amy Winehouse should have new music in the market place by December or early January. I say it's about time for her to get back to business and to put the bottle DOWN!!

On and On/TGIF

Happy Friday everyone,
Trusting a try means that anything is possible with no expectations there’s no disappointments. The mind is our most powerful tool as it manifest the many different formulas that bring about the right equations, optimism will always trump pessimism. In a world that is not specifically for you, it's your job to figure out a way to make it beneficial. Your destination is not about a time frame the important thing is that you arrive, and by getting there means that you were prepared, by being prepared, it speaks more to your agility of being ready with the preparedness necessary.

You can apply this same process to your life and take moments to meditate on the now in silence reveals what things are presented to us. Fouls and fumbles are bound to happen in life you can chalk it up as a disappointment, at some point we all have experienced a let down here and there. First thing it to forgive yourself that way, you open yourself up to forgiving others, basic principles are how you govern your life, practicing what you preach shows humility and character. To lead comes from examples and experience taught instruction carries a lot of weight in doing so your heart and intent must be genuine.

Accolades and accomplishments are achievements to be proud of, we should not get comfortable basking in happy times, as we have many other things to achieve, with conquests come uncertainties causing us to ponder on the what next topic. I think goals were created so that complacency would not exist, some people like to sit back and talk about all of their past triumphs that is not a productive synergy. Without struggle the glory is never worth it, giving thanks shows that you understand the gift that the creator has rewarded you with, you were put here to touch a dream. If you find yourself unprepared for your close up moment in life, feel free to pass the torch to another, remember someone 'next' awaits.

Little bambi(Taylor Swift) got shut down last night, and things are back to NORMAL as the beautiful Carrie Underwood was the big winner at the 2010 CMT Music Awards in steamy Nashville, Tenn. Wednesday night. The country superstar took home CMT Performance of the Year for her live rendition of 'Temporary Home' from the CMT special, 'Invitation Only: Carrie Underwood.' She also stakes claim to the night's biggest prize -- Video of the Year, for 'Cowboy Casanova.'
Congrats Carrie, you're my girl!

Rapper Drake has a song about Rihanna...On “Fireworks” there’s a verse about RiRi, who asked him last year to write a song for her new album; the two soon began seeing each other regularly, though they never publicly confirmed their brief relationship. “I was a pawn,” Drake said. The song he wrote for her never got released. “You know what she was doing to me? She was doing exactly what I’ve done to so many women throughout my life, which is show them quality time, then disappear,” he said. “I was like, wow, this feels terrible.” Drake c'mon son, can't you spot a user when you see one? Call Breezy he can tell you some other things about that girlie.

Thandie Newton replaces Mariah Carey in Tyler Perry's production of "For Colored Girls, Who Considered Suicide". Thandie is a MUCH better choice than the preggers Mariah Carey.

Rapper Big Boi is NOTHING without his partner Andre' 3000.....now he's whining because Andre's record label won't let him appear on Big Boi's CD....hmmm I wonder why? Jive Records bosses are blocking an Outkast reunion on Big Boi's new album because they won't allow Andre 3000 to record with him!
Big Boi went to Def Jam after Jive told them they couldn't figure out how promote his new album, Sir Luscious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty. Big Boi haven't you made enough money riding off of Andre's coat tail? Now you've got to get your own!

Singer Tank is coming back with a new song dedicated to SEX!!! When there are artist singing about how they invented sex and others rapping about getting “Becky”… Tank had to go with the flow on this one. He along with Trey Songz are guilty of the same thing. Good luck bruh with the new music, let's hope its worth it.

Halle Berry and ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry are trying a second time around romance for their daughter's sake. Things were getting 'all' bad in the custody battle, so both agreed to try love again. Good luck kids!!

I still laugh every time I see this performance because it speaks the truth, which ish why Beyonce' is a solo artist and a superstar, while they other two...well you do you even remember the other two? XXXxxxxxactly:) Enjoy this parody...I hope it puts a smile on your face.

Drake debut CD "Thank Me Later" will finally see the light of day June 15th. He largely has Chris Breezy Brown to thank for his success. Everyone but me is still on the hate Chris Brown bandwagon. Less than two years ago, Breezy had the world eating from the palm of his hands. SMH...I still believe in your Breezy.

Chris Brown has been DENIED!!! The singer could not get a visa to enter the UK this week, forcing him to cancel three show dates that were scheduled to start tomorrow. Breezy’s visa was denied due to last year’s criminal conviction following his assault on Rihanna. More details when you
While Breezy’s community service efforts may have satisfied the California judge who sentenced him for the beatdown on Rihanna — British authorities don’t want the little convict on their shores, so they have denied Brown a work visa to enter the country. Breezy keep your head up, this will only make you stronger.

Oh My Word white people will do anything...Larry King's wife Shawn overdosed on pills on May 28 and it was her father Karl Engemann who discovered her unconscious in her Provo, Utah home. Just more dump publicity on D-Lister. C'mon really? Do we really care?

Lauryn Hill has been confirmed to perform on the summer’s biggest hip-hop festival "Rock The Bells" also on the bill will be Tribe Called Quest, KRS-ONE, Wu-Tang Clang and SNOOP! This show is going to be bananas. I can't wait.

Rocker superstar Prince graces the cover of the new Ebony magazine. He turned 52 yesterday. Happy Belated Birthday.

When Gary Coleman was alive everyone made him the running joke, now that he's deceased, the media is all of sudden interested in him again. You can count on old good journalism. The poor guy never caught a break in life, and now it looks like he's having the same fate in the after life.

Rapper Ice Cube wants to make 'Friday 4' but one little glitch, he wants comedian/actor Chris Tucker to return to his role playing "Smokey". Tucker didn't return to the franchise because he said Cube wanted to pay him in music CD's. So unless Cube wants to pay Tucker what he's worth, no can do for the hope of a true Friday sequel, because Chris Tucker made the movie.

Speaking of the 'Friday' movie, 420(marijuana) smoking is about to get shut down in California, city officials ordered nearly 440 medical marijuana centers shut down Monday. Shops that didn’t close Monday may face law enforcement penalties.
The order is a result of a January vote to reduce the number of medical marijuana centers. For now 135 centers can legally remain open for your, um, ”glaucoma” treatments *wink wink*. Eventually though, the city plans to close all but 70 centers and move them to industrial areas away from schools, parks, libraries, and churches. Currently in California weed can be cultivated and distributed to patients with a doctor’s prescription. In November Californians will vote on a initiative that will legalize the possession and sale of marijuana. If passed, the law will also make it legal to grow marijuana at home for “personal use.”

Basketball great and bad boy Allen Iverson wifey has decided to give him another chance. Ole girl ain't no fool. She knows how that bread gets buttered. I'm Just Saying... LOL

Rapper Eminem and Rihanna have a new duet called "Love The Way You Lie" in the song the rapper raps about hitting a female during an agrument. Is this real life imitating art? Hmmm

Christina Aguilera appeared this morning on the Today Show promoting her "Bionic" CD which was released today. She seems threatened at the sensation of Lady GaGa. I say to stick with what you know best which is singing, and doing a damn good job at it. I think both artist can shine equally as bright, and long as they stay in their respective lanes.

Stephen Moyer of True Blood fame has just signed on for two new films. The first will be an action-suspense flick alongside Richard Gere and Topher Grace. Stephen will play a Russian spy who killed a senator in Washington. The second flick, slated to start shooting next month, is a big-screen adaptation of the 1960s series, Valley. Jessica Lange will be stepping into the Barbara Stanwyck role of the matriarch of the Barkleys, a family of ranchers in 19th century California. Stephen will be playing Jarrod Barkley, the family's attorney. Big Valley was a western from back in the day, I watch some of them joints on TV Land, not bad, let's see if the movie can live up to the TV show. Hollywood seems to be running out of 'original' ideas!

The MTV Movie Awards sucked per usual....a few highlights of the evening were Sandra Bullock and Betty White. The rest was a bore. Sandra Bullock made two appearance's this weekend and got love from both crowds, and she was typical lovely Sandy, which is why America is love with her, and hating her cheating ass greaser husband.

The Celtics won game #2 of the NBA Championship over the Los Angeles Lakers, of course you can hear an ant walking tonight on the streets of LA. The hate to lose. LMAO Ray Allen did his thizzle tonight making 8 three pointers.

Venus and Serena Williams won their 12 grand slam doubles title @ The French Open, watching on were married couple Jay Z and Beyonce'. Congrats ladies. Also congratulations goes out to Francescha Schiavone and Rafal Nadal who won the female and male singles championships.

It's carrot top Rihanna with her new color don't, well just my opinion. Anything to try and stay relevant when your talent is lacking.

Hip Hopper Lil Kim is upside with newcomer Nicky Minaj for stealing her swag. Oh well Lil Kim you lost your swag when you starting going under the knife trying to be a white girl.

Shrek Forever continues to rake in the big bucks at the Box Office, it was the #1 movie for the third weekend in a row. Congrats.

Singer Brandy and rapper Flo Rida have broken up....wonder how 'lo lo' did she go? Y'all remember back in the day when she got pregnant and lied and said that she was married? Hmmm it's been all bad ever since. Brandy get back to making 'hot' music, you went away and Beyonce' has been a beast with hit record after hit record.

Former managers and part-owners of Eva Longoria Parker's Beso Vegas restaurant, Ronan and Mali Nachum, are suing the actress, claiming she used scare tactics to push them out of their jobs and share of the restaurant.
The couple says that Eva and other part-owners sent out a document falsely accusing them of stealing cash, assaulting a food server, and even punching a female patron.
They also say that an email was sent out using racial undertones, insinuating that booking acts like P. Diddy, Trey Songz, and Kelis were "ghetto events that scare off the high-end customers in the night club."

Perfection/TGIF

Happy Friday!!
In perfection convictions surely drips, as you attain your goals questions like how will I know my kismet, what are you offering to this world, all are things and ideas that determine your sense of purpose, without drive and endurance you are idle on this Universe. As you travel through the course of your life the obstacles will have stumbling blocks as they appear at what point do you decide to reconstruct your course. Some get lost and seek advice, but often times it's a false cry for help, because the question posed wasn't sincere, it was a simple diversion to fall short. I've come to realize that some people do not want to change or grow.

It really bothers me when I see a person who enjoys pity parties, that’s a guest list that I never want my name to appear on. When someone takes an interest in your life, I often wonder what is their benefit and contribution, call it paranoia but I pay close attention to all. Remember what you put in is the result of what you'll get back, no one wants to lose on their residual income. Whenever I go into a situation, I always see the investment be it a minute, hour or second my goal is to be a vessel to all that I encounter because I believe that people are worthy and time is very valuable.

God asks simple things of us, being consistent takes much work, in being consistent failing happens often and it's normal, practice will get you to your good better best! Velocity is about a pulse it has a certain sway to it things that we rarely pay attention to but are the most crucial, we assume that our heart will beat automatically but have you ever tried to count your heartbeats, crazy isn't it but it’s the thing that keeps us alive.

My mother's voicemail greeting use to say 'This is the day that the Lord Hath Made, We will rejoice and be glad in it' this week marks the Anniversary of her passing and those words still resound in me. Power comes in many forms, for the parents, teachers, preachers and anyone in a position of enforcement or authority, please do not take your positions lightly we have much individual work to do on our planet. The world is drastically changing from the core of what is use to be, how ironic that the old rules can still apply because they work. My standard rule to life is knowing that I'm 'no where near perfect, but I'm constantly in pursuit of perfection'.

Well my take on this is, why not accept pay for something you would do anyway:) there I said it! Wowsa!

Fran Drescher(The Nanny) and her ex-husband Peter Marc Jacobson banned together in 2008 to block Proposition 8, but the issue was closer to Peter's heart than anyone could have imagined.
The man she was married to for 20 years is gay!
“Peter and I met when we were 15,” Fran tells In Touch Weekly. “We were just kids and didn’t know who we truly were. We went through a lot together.”

LeAnn Rimes is finally speaking up about her affair and subsequent relationship with Eddie Cibrian that developed while both of them were married to other people!
She says:
"I take responsibility for everything I've done. I hate that people got hurt. But I don't regret the outcome. It was very emotionally driven. I never once thought what I was doing was OK. I was out of balance. My marriage was out of balance. There was something missing.
"The hardest thing to hear is someone call either of us a home wrecker because we didn't walk into a perfectly happy marriage and ruin it. I don't know what the future holds, but I know it holds Eddie. I'm really happy. I've moved on, and I hope there can be some forgiveness and acceptance."

Shocking! Sources have just uncovered court papers that prove Gary Coleman had divorced Shannon Price prior to his untimely death. The documents state that they were legally divorced in August 2008, with Gary filing for a divorce from Shannon. According to the agreement, there was to be no alimony payments and all properties were awarded to Gary.
So, then, if this is true, did Shannon have the legal right to decide to take Gary off life support???
Gary Coleman's life was always problematic, didn't you just know that their would be more issues and stories surrounding his passing. SMH will he ever be at peace? I hope so.

Wasn't it tragic to see Liza Minelli singing 'Single Ladies' in the Sex And The City opener? You can tell that she's had MUCH work. Her face looked lopsided. Goes to show you how awful plasic surgery can be.

Former Vice-President Al Gore and wifey Tipper Gore are separating after 40 years of marriage. Well I wouldve left her ass when she convinced him to put distance between former President Clinton, after the Monica Lewinsky ordeal. Truthfully speaking by Al Gore refused to allow the former president to help his campaign for office, cost him the election. After 40 years of marriage, why a divorce, the best years of over. At least that's my opninion and take on the subject.

Andrew Koppel, the son of Television news anchor, Ted Koppel, has died at the age of 40. The son of legendary TV newsman Ted Koppel was found dead in a Washington Heights apartment under mysterious circumstances yesterday morning after a daylong drinking binge with a man he had just met in a Midtown bar. So I'm thinking that maybe his son was gay and picked up a bad connect. R.I.P.

Garcelle — who once graced the cover of Playboy Magazine — filed the documents in L.A. County Superior Court on May 10 — just two days before their 9-year wedding anniversary. Garcelle and Michael have 2-year-old twins together — she is seeking joint legal and physical custody. As for spousal support — Garcelle has requested that the judge not award anything to Michael.

Charlie Sheen had a choice to either serve jail time or get straight probation -- but probation was just too risky. Charlie will go to Aspen next Monday, enter a no contest plea to 3rd degree assault and immediately begin serving time. The felony menacing charge against Charlie will be dismissed.
Charlie will be sentenced to 30 days but with good time credit it will be whittled down to 17 days, and two of the 17 days will be minimal. Once he completes his jail stint, he'll be a free man -- no probation
