Blurred and Battered

Domestic Abuse - So it's appears that not only does singer Robin Thicke steal songs, he beats his wife, son and abused drugs and booze, he regularly bedded other women and has a raging, violent temper, his ex-wife Paula Patton alleges in a sworn statement in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Patton’s statement, signed Wednesday, was the basis for a judge to issue a restraining order on Thursday, barring Thicke from being within 100 feet from Patton, their 6-year-old son Julian and Patton’s mother.

The judge also temporarily removed Thicke’s custody of his son and acknowledged the singer “has a history of domestic violence,” according to court documents.

The judge also acknowledged that the singer "has a history of domestic violence" on the temporary restraining order.

Thicke said in a sworn statement filed Thursday that the couple had no problems with their custody arrangement until Jan. 5., when Patton “suddenly” informed him she was “withholding Julian” and wouldn’t allow him to see their son.

“I believe Paula’s sudden ardent opposition to me spending time with Julian is a product of residual anger she holds toward me,” he said.

“Neither my family nor I would permit Paula or her family to attend the funeral of my father on December 20, 2016,” he wrote, so another question that is on my head, did their son get to attend his Grandfathers funeral?  This story is still developing.  Let's see how it plays out.
