Hurricane Harvey has devastated communities across southeast Texas since slamming the coastline late Friday, ripping apart homes, deluging highways, and knocking out power for hundreds of thousands.
It appears Prince William and his younger brother Harry are living up to expectation. By way of financial support, the Prince of Wales, Prince William and his brother have offered an overwhelming sum of money to the Hurricane Harvey victims.
Prince William and his brother Harry have donated 100 million dollars to help rebuild Houston, after the most populous city in the state of Texas and the fourth-most populous city in the United States was slammed by Hurricane Harvey on Sunday.
“We calling on everyone who can help to also come to their aid and God will bless you” – Prince Harry said
“our thoughts and prayers are with our brothers and sisters in Houston. We are donating $100m to the entire Houston community to assist and house victims of the devastating flood that has rendered people homeless. The fund is intended to provide shelter, food, clothing and medicines.” – the brothers added.
On Sunday, sprawling and soaked Houston metro area and other deluged towns in southeast Texas were braced for devastating floods and pummeling rainfall as Tropical Storm Harvey stalled over land and drenched dogged searchers and anxious residents.
