Fallon IN ....Leno OUT at the Tonight Show

It's a changing of the guards over at The Tonight Show.  Quite frankly the show hasn't been the same since Johnny Carson's departure, and the rightful heir to that slot should have been David Letterman, but the powers that be, felt differently and the post was assigned to Jay Leno.  A couple years ago NBC replaced Leno with Conan O'Brien then all hell broke loose, the backlash behind the firing of Jay Leno, and the low ratings that O'Brien was pulling in, gave NBC reason to court Leno again, and rehire him back, and as typical Leno who never really had a spine, went back.  Jimmy Fallon will be a breath of fresh air for late night, as once again, the powers that be are trying to pull a younger, more hip edgy demographic. let's hope it works this time.  Good Luck Jimmy Fallon, and ciao Jay Leno!
