Holdings/TGIF

Happy Friday Everyone,
Society preaches accomplishments gifts, gadgetry and pop culture phenomena, while it's all very comforting, it accommodates the quick fix, for the temporary moment that has us fixated, the high isn't derivative of the low. I've come to realize that nothing is yours for keeps, basically things acquired are given to us on loan, have you ever heard the saying 'you can't take it with you'? For the person who files bankruptcy that end begins renewed opportunity that was otherwise lost, next time maybe the same mistake will be avoided.

If you live long enough hopefully you have impacted someone along the way, in doing so your wishes will be carried out, unfortunately some people get greedy by taking matters into their own hands, some relatives sit idle while it's happening, and say nothing, which doesn't make it right, but it's the people who change their personality to appeal to the subject matter at hand, by being who you need them to be at that given moment in time. A facade will fool you every time.

Pay attention to warning signs and take heed, reexamination brings about awareness that the naked eye fails to see. I preach time and time again about your gut instinct trust me it works, its God’s way of giving you a sixth sense. Letting go is not always about surrender, it about charting another course with new directions. Failure is not an option, and he who believes in the law of nature understands the desire is not always the need.

Clutter and distractions, are gray clouds added to a lost forecast. Struggle is ever constant, everyone has to really get creative, and make things work, because we don’t have much choice. That $10 dollar bill that once was taken for granted, we’re holding on to it so much tighter, and how humbling is it to know when you have to make it stretch, you can, and Value is the word that we no longer honor, because we got lost trying to live up to a false reality of what truly matters.

What Are You Doing With Your Life?

  5. imitation is the highest form of flattery, herego"...letting go is not always about surrender, but charting a new course/direction....we get lost trying to live up to a false reality of what truly matters."think about it. . . I think we can get back to center, it may take some clear boundaries and taking care of self more than the disappointment of finding out that everyone else is really looking after themselves the most, I guess that is a definition of human nature. didn't you write something about not expecting so as to not getting disappointed? I need to keep looking up, thanks for the good expressions -mb
